五年级英语培优补差工作计划 (2012-2013学年度第一学期) 一、指导计划 提高优生的自主和自觉学习能力,进一步巩固并提高中等生的学习成绩,帮助差生取得适当进步,让差生在教师的辅导和优生的帮助下,逐步提高学习成绩,并培养较好的学习习惯,形成英语基本能力。培优计划要落到实处,发掘并培养一批英语尖子,挖掘他们的潜能,从培养英语能力入手,训练良好学习习惯,从而形成较扎实的基础和阅读能力,并能协助老师进行补差活动,提高整个年级的英语素养和英语成绩。 二.差原因分析 寻找根源,发现造成学习困难的原因有生理因素,也有心理因素,但更多的是学生自身原因。 1、志向性障碍:学习无目的性、无积极性和主动性,对自己的日常学习抱自暴自弃的态度,把接受在校教育的活动看作是套在自己身上的精神枷锁。 2、情感性障碍:缺乏积极的学习动机,成天无精打采,做一天和尚撞一天钟。随着时间的推移,知识欠帐日益增加,成绩每况愈下。上课有自卑心理,不敢举手发言,课上不敢正视教师的目光,班集体生活中存有恐慌感。久而久之成为学习困难学生。

3、不良的学习习惯:学习困难学生通常没有良好的学习习惯,对学习缺乏兴趣,把学习当作完成父母教师交给的差事。他们一般贪玩,上课注意力不集中,自控能力差,较随便,上课不听讲,练习不完成,课前不预习,课后不复习,作业不能独立完成,甚至抄袭作业,拖拉作业常有发生,即使有不懂的问题也很少请教他人。不能用正常的逻辑思维和合理的推理分析来对待学习。他们对自己要求不高,甚至单纯为应付老师家长,学习并没有变成他们内在的需要。 4.环境因素:其中家庭教育因素是造成学生学习困难的一个突出因素。父母的文化程度较低,期望水平低,他们大多缺乏辅导能力。有的家长对子女的教育方式简单粗暴,缺乏耐心;有的缺乏教育,缺少关心,放纵孩子,甚至认为读书无所谓,有的说:“我不识字不也过得很好。”这大大挫伤了孩子的上进心。有的家长长年在外打工,孩子在家无人管束.总之,家庭的文化氛围差,使学生的学习受到了干扰,造成了学习上的困难。 三、工作目标 在这个学期的培优补差活动中,培优对象能按照计划提高读、说、听的综合英语能力,成绩稳定在90分左右,并协助老师实施补差工作,帮助差生取得进步。补差对象能按照老师的要求做好,成绩有一定的提高。 培优主要是继续提高学生的听说能力和阅读能力。对于
