交锁髓内钉与锁定加压钢板内固定治疗成人股骨干骨折临床疗效对比

【摘要】目的探讨交锁髓内钉（IIN）与锁定加压钢板（LCP）内固定针对成人股骨干骨折临床治疗效果的差别。方法 50例股骨干骨折成年患者，随机分为IIN组（采用IIN内固定治疗）和LCP组（采用LCP内固定治疗），各25例。比较两组患者术中及术后恢复情况、

术后并发症发生情况。结果 IIN组患者术中出血量为（237.22±46.93）ml、骨折愈合时间为（15.34±5.23）周、膝关节优良率为88.00%，均优于LCP组的（265.23±36.45）ml、

（18.40±5.14）周、64.00%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。IIN组术后并发症发生率为

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate difference of clinical effects between interlocking intramedullary nail （IIN） and locking compression plate （LCP） internal fixation in the treatment of adult femoral shaft fracture. Methods A total of 50 adult patients with femoral shaft fracture were randomly divided into IIN group （received IIN internal fixation for treatment） and LCP group （received LCP internal fixation for treatment）， with 25 cases in each group. Comparison was made on intraoperative and postoperative rehabilitation condition and postoperative complications between the two groups. Results IIN group had intraoperative bleeding volume as （237.22±46.93）ml， fracture healing time as （15.34±5.23） ml， knee joint good rate as 88.00%， which were all better than （265.23±36.45） ml，（18.40±5.14） weeks and 64.00% in the control group， and their differences all had statistical significance （P0.05）.
