摘要：近年来，随着公司的大力发展，承建的高层建筑越来越多，由于高层建筑的投入相对多层建筑大，且施工周期长，抗震性能要求高，工程质量和安全越来越引起人们的重视。因此，从进一步加强质量控制的角度出发，针对高层建筑施工中对质量有影响的人员因素控制、“三线”控制、混凝土强度控制以及施工过程控制等要点，结合公司历年从事高层施工实践的经验，应重视以下几个方面：
