research, I cannot afford to pay the 8 pages, so that I would like to request the
possibility for the waiver. If it is impossible, we would like to know if the charge could be partly free.

We had thought we could pay for the APC (Article-processing charges), so we didn't apply for a waiver during the online submission process. However, When we checked the grant from ×××××××, we found that the rest of fund was about RMB ××××Yuan (about$×××).The total number of the foundation was RMB ××(about $×××). The fee for the gathering data and information from parents/caregivers by the volunteer-studentsand interviewers was free. The cost of collection of blood samples and detection was partly free. So we could finished our work.
I'm not sure if the APC could be partly free. Thank you for your consideration.

I have signed and completed the “Copyright Transfer Form”, “Author Information Form”, “Checklist”, and “Classification”, and have attached to this Email. Please download and save them.
However, I am sorry to tell you that I can not convey the “Page Charge Form” to you with this Email. At present, it seems that I have to pay the charges personally; but I must admit that it is a heavy burden to me.
