习惯、规范、均衡信心、努力、坚持 九年级第一次月考质量分析发言稿 各位老师，下午好 首先感谢老师们在过去对我个人和其他教务人员的工作给予了大力支持。今天我代表教务处和大家一起对本次月考进行质量分析，总结成绩，寻找不足。 本次月考成功的地方：1、本次月考由于我们的进度问题没有用外定题而是本校教师出题因此命题组织工作把握很好。命题时效短，质量高。都能在规定时间内上交试题。 2、能够按时到位每场考完交替前都能将试卷送到教务处。 3、能在规定时间内上分完毕，各种材料能够及时上交。 本次月考不足的地方或存在的问题： 1.监考不严格。第一曹主任在巡视过程中发现有的班级的学生考政史科目时传纸条；第二在考试过程中学生有用手机作弊的现象，考试过后调查学生发现学习成绩较差的学生成绩却很高，经过旁敲侧击学生表示考试时将试卷上的试题用手机照下来，上网就能查到答案，这么大幅度的动作我们的监考老师却没有看到；有一个考场考生缺考，但是任课教师在批改试卷时发现该名学生试卷有人作答，正常教务处要求没有来参加考试的学生在试卷中夹一张白纸写上缺考，但是这名监考老师并没有负责人，甚至其他同学给缺考的学生答题都不知道，说明监考及其不认真，本次不予以点名，希望下次不要在出现这种消极监考的做法。 2、试卷批改复查不认真，有几个学科都存在着上完成绩后又改分的现象，以前我们就强调试卷合分后务必再复查一次，避免改分现象。 3、试卷难以程度还需灵活掌握，像此次英语试题偏难，全年部只有一名同学达到优秀，我们在出题时如果有特别优秀的试题，成题我们可以拿来用，但是一定要掌握好难以程度，否则就学生的实际水平自己出题。 下面就本次月考成绩进行具体分析： 一、请备课组长就本次考试出题、学生答题情况及今后采取的措施进行总结。 二、数据分析 1、平、及、优分析，最好和最差班级以及相差数值，横向比较各班级需要加强的科目。 2、学科成绩不均衡，同一个学科，成绩相差太多，最严重的为以下几个学科： 数学的平均分，相差21.9分，英语的平均分相差25.5分，物理平均分相差16.5分 英语、数学、物理、化学的及格率相差均达到40%以上 数学的优秀率相差23.1%，历史的优秀率相差44.1%，政治的优秀率相差47.4%，化学的优秀率相差33.8% 3、第一次月考就有优秀率为0的共8个班次的二个学科，分别为：9.1，9.5数学，9.1、9.2、9.3、9.,5、9.6、9.7、的英语。 3、个别学科的及格率过低，没有超过50%，分别是英语37.3%、物理46.5%。 4、尖子生分配不均衡，年级前十名，分别是9.3，1人，9.4,3人；9.6,2人；9.7,5人；9.1、9.2、9.5三个班级前十名没有。 5、看总榜第一名9.3薛淳元570分，成绩比较突出，数、化、政史均为满分，分数段相对来说密集程度不够，具体见大榜，如果能每个档次都至少有10名学生就好了。 6、针对前100名学生请各位教师分析所教学生的薄弱科目，制定下一阶段的整改措施。 三、存在问题及几条建议：
