05、06年教育厅有明文规定,参加专升本的考生必须通过三级考试,07、08年没有相关政策,但有的学校为了提升本校的升本率,自己制定土政策,不允许没有过三级的同同学报名参加考试,这样同学就丧失了已高职高专类身份参加考试的机会,但学生自己可以以社会生身份报名参加考试。
