2016年厦门市中考物理考试说明 一、考试性质 初中物理学业考试是义务教育初中阶段的终结性省级考试，目的是全面、准确地反应出初中毕业生是否达到《义务教育物理课程标准（2011年版）》（以下简称《物理课程标准》）所规定的学业水平。考试结果即是衡量学生是否达到毕业标准的主要依据，也是高中阶段学校招生的重要依据。 二、命题原则 以《物理课程标准》为指导，以《2016年福建省初中学业考试大纲（物理）》、《2016年厦门市初中学业考试说明（物理）》，结合本市初中物理教学实际进行命题。 三、命题原则 1．导向性：坚持以立德树人为核心，强化考试内容的育人导向。加强社会主义核心价值观的考查，指导学生培养正确的世界观、人生观和价值观；加强依法治国理念的和考查，引导学生树立宪法意识和法治观念；加强中国优秀传统文化的考查，引导学生提高人文素养、传承民族精神、弘扬爱国主义，梳理民族自信心和自豪感；加强创新能力的考查，促进创新教育。坚持以学生为本，立足基础，注重能力的培养，做到区域性、综合性、思想性、生活性、实践性的统一，正确发挥考试的导向功能，转变教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式，推动初中学校全面实施新课程、培养学神的创新精神和实践能力。 2．基础性：重视基础知识与基本技能的考查。在考查学生对基础知识和基本技能掌握和应用程度的基础上，注重考查学生的科学探究能力，同事关注情感、态度与价值观的渗透。避免出现繁、难、偏、旧试题。 3．应用性：注重理论联系实际。试题素材应自然融洽地联系学生实际，反映物理科技的发展及其应用，让学生在真实的生活情景之中运用学过的知识和掌握的方法、能力去分析和解决问题，拉近物理和生活的距离，体现“从生活走向物理、从物理走向社会”的课程理念。不出似是而非、脱离实际的试题和“机械性记忆”试题。 4．探究性：加强对科学探究能力的考查。对科学探究能力的考查应该从过程与方法入手，立意于能力，侧重考查科学知识、科学方法的理解和内化，避免讲科学探究的考查知识化、程序化、形式化和标签化。 5．开放性：重视开放创新能力的考查。应设计适量的开放性试题，考查学生的发散思维能力和创新能力。 6．科学性：严格按照科学命题的程序和要求组织命题。发挥不同类型的试题的功能，确保学生发挥其真实水平；试题及其评分标准科学、严谨，杜绝出现知识性、技术性的错误。 四、目标内容 对于科学内容中各部分知识的认知水平要求层次，在“表：考试内容及其认知水平要求”中用字母A、B、C标出，其含义如下： A：能知道知识的内容及含义，并能在相关问题中识别和直接使用。 B：能理解知识的确切含义及内在逻辑关系，并能简单运用，如：简单作图、解释简单现象，进行简单计算等。 C：能将知识应用在新的情景中，与已有知识建立联系，对实际问题进行分析推理和综合运用。（后附表） 五、考试形式 闭卷笔试（考试时间：90分钟，卷面总分：100分）和实验操作考查。 六、试题难度 合理安排试卷难度结构，试题易、中、难比例7:2:1（官方私下说法“出于命题技术原因，
