写作关键

（1）题目信息表明试题为半开放性的试题。对此试题的写作，应根据试题给出的图片中的内容要点判断写作的重点，并围绕其合理展开。

（2）注意发言稿的结构。有时发言稿内容较多，自己的感受和体会颇多，直接写出问题或

自己的想法时，可能会比较零乱，因此要多使用表示序号的词语（如：firstly, secondly, thirdly, finally, in a word等）。注意文章的逻辑性和段落层次性。

（3）注意发言稿的对象。发言稿是直接面向听众的，所以发言的时候观点要鲜明，感情要真挚，能给人以可信性和可靠感，这样才能打动人，引起听众的共鸣。

（4）注意发言稿的语言。语言要直白简洁，句子精悍

有力，文字朗朗上口，语言节奏感强。因而发言时注意多采用简单句，语言要口语化，多用排比句，多使用重复修辞格，注意合理采用祈使句，运用设问句等。

谋篇布局

一般的发言稿在格式上和书信有点类似，格式一般由称呼语、正文、结束语三部分构成。

（1）称呼。称呼顶格书写。常用的称呼有Dear Mr./Mrs./Miss.…, Dear Sir/Madam, Ladies and gentlemen 等。也可以不用称呼，直接写正文。

（2）正文。写作应该开门见山提出问题及对问题的看法，然后说明理由，最后照应开头对全文作简明扼要的总结，总结要一定要简练有力，切中要点。在汇报经验、情况等的发言中，要注意对情况的叙述、介绍、自己的体会或者收获等系统总结，内容完整，不遗漏要点。

（3）结束语。发言结束时，一般常用“Thank you for listening.”“That’s all. Thank you.”“Thanks a lot.”等表示感谢，不过有的发言者还在结尾时直接向听众提出希望，发出号召。写作提示

(1)问题：全球缺水。(global water shortage)

(2)原因：干旱、污染、人口。注意：该部分不是写作重点。(warming, pollution and ever-increasing population)

(3)解决问题：蓄水、海水淡化、循环用水等。(reserve, turn into, recycle)
