三、不定冠词a与an的区别

a用在辅音开头的单词前,an用在元音音素(Aa\Ee\Ii\Oo\Uu)开头的单词前。

四、指示代词this, that, these, those

what’s this? What’s that? (this “这个”, 表示近指,反义词是that“那个”, 远指) ---What’s this in English ? What’s that in English ?

注意:

1、red/green/yellow/blue/white/black/purple/pink 即是名词,又是形容词。

2、orange 既可以做“橙子n.”又可以做“橙色adj”

3、元音字母有:A/a,E/e,I/I,O/o,U/u 注意区分元音字母与元音音素

4、缩写:I’m =I am … He is=He’s… She is=She’s… They are= They’re

5、Be动词am /is/are 用法口诀

I am,you are,is 后面跟上它(it,he,she),we you they好朋友,后面统统跟上are.单数名词后用is,复数名词后面用are。

可数名词单数变复数的规则:

1、可数名词单数变复数一般在词尾加“s”;girl—girls女孩 boy—boys男孩

2、以-s,-x,-sh,-ch结尾的可数名词复数加“-es”;如:watch—watches手表Bus—buses公共汽车,box—boxes盒子

3、以辅音字母+y结尾的可数名词,复数改“y”为“i”再加“-es”;如:dictionary—dictionaries字典,party—parties派对,family—families家庭,strawberry—strawberries草莓;

4、以“f/fe”结尾的,改f/fe 为“v”再加-es;如:leaf—leaves树叶,thief—thieves 小偷,knife—knives小刀,half—halves半,shelf—shelves架子;

5、以o结尾的可数名词复数:

(2)名词性物主代词起名词的作用.后面无名词.

(形容词性物主代词+名词=名词性物主代词)

--Is this your ruler? No, it isn’t.It’s his.= It’s his ruler .

Yours=your book, theirs=their books, ours=our books;

名词的格:

(1) 有生命的东西的名词所有格:

a)单数后加’s 如: Lucy’s ruler my father’s shirt

b)以s 结尾的复数名词后加’如: his friends’ bags

c)不以s 结尾的复数后加’s children’s shoes

d)并列名词中,如果把’s加在最后一个名词后,表示共有, 如:

Tom and Mike’s car 汤姆和迈克共有的小汽车

e)要表示所有物不是共有的,应分别在并列名词后加’s

Tom’s and Mike’s cars 汤姆和麦克各自的小汽车

(2)表示无生命东西的名词通常用“ of +名词”来表示所有关系:如:

一、表示位置单几个介词和介词短语

1、表示位置的三个介词

in在……里面 on在……上面 under在……下面

behind 在…后面in front of 在…前面

2、介词短语的构成

二、Where is / are 意思是“在哪儿”

表示“某人或某物是在哪儿”的句型

1、 A:Where is + 第三人称单数主语?

↘答句中,要用主格人称代词 he she it代替

B:It / She / He is + 介词短语。

(2)、A: Where is his sister ? B: She is at school .

2、 A:Where are + 复数主语?

↘答句中,要用主格人称代词 they代替

B: They are + 介词短语。

(2)、A: Where are his beds ? B: They are in the Han Men’s room 。

三、1、 take:“带走”,表示“从说话者处带走”。

bring:“带来”,表示“从别处带向说话者处”。

Already一般位于肯定句中,常与完成时连用。 Eg:I have already finished my homework. 我已经完成我的家庭作业了。 2.I’ll do it in a minute. 我马上就做。 (1)in a minute “立刻,马上”相当于“right now ,at once ,in a mement” “in +一段时间”表示“在(将来)......以后”。常用语将来时态。 I’ll go back to China in 3 years. (2) 对“in +一段时间”提问,用“how soon”(多久以后) How soon will you finished your homework? --In an hour. 3.be ready for......为......做准备 be ready to do sth 准备去做某事 Eg:They are ready for a holiday.=They are ready to spend a holiday. 他们准备去度假。 4.get back to sb“答复或回复某人” We ‘ll find it out and get back to you.我们查明情况后会给你回复。 5.because 和because of 。Because 后接从句。而because of 后接名词,代词或动名词。 Eg:He can’t come because he is ill.=He can’t come because of his illness. 他因病不能来。 6.chat “闲谈,聊天”其过去式,过去分词都为chatted,现在分词是chatting. chat with sb “和某人聊天”chat about sth “聊某事” I like chatting with my friends on the Internet .我喜欢通过网络和朋友聊天。 7.be sure (not ) to do sth .意为“一定(不)要做某事。常用语祈使句式。Be sure to give me your advice.一定要给我你的意见。 8.be sure of /abut sth 表示主语“相信”或“对.....有把握”后接名词。代词,动名词。 主语必须是人。 Eg: He is sure of success.=He is sure that he will succeed.他确信会取得成功。 9.a number of 和the number of . A number of “大量...,许多....”相当于many ,a lot of 后接可数名词复数。做主语是谓语动词有复数形式。The number of “....的数量”后接可数名词复数。做主语时谓语动词用单数。 Eg:A number of students are running on the playground.
