远郊办学高校大学生就业问题浅析

摘要：近年来，随着远郊办学高校数量增加远郊办学高校的大学生就业问题越来越为人

们所关注。该文针对远郊办学对大学生就业的影响进行了详细的分析，并在此基础上提出了校企合作、远郊高校联合资源共享、完善高校的就业信息等应对策略。远郊办学就业工作应立足于实际，竭力实施以高校为主体，将高校、用人单位、大学生、社会各界等进行有效串联，畅通其教学资源、实践资源等信息，同时大学生提高其自身素质，打造经济、合理、高效的大学生就业市场。

Abstract：In recent years，with the increase of the number of outer suburb school，job seeking of college graduates is now an issue drawing more and more attention in the outer suburb school.The article analyzes the influence of outer suburb school on college students'employment in detail.And the coping strategies including cooperation of enterprise and university，joint resource sharing in universities and perfecting job information which based on this is put forward.The employment work of outer suburb school should base on reality.And they should taking the university as main body.We struggle to combine universities，employers，college students together with community effectively，and making a smooth in their teaching and practicing resource information.At the same time， college students can improve their own quality in order to build a economical，reasonable and high-efficiency job market about college student.

随着社会的发展，高等教育正逐步进入大众化教育阶段[1]，高校出于自身发展需要对办

学资源（包括土地资源）提出了更高的要求。与此同时，城市的发展和重新规划，也对高校的办学区位做出了调整——由中心向远郊调整。因此，各地均有一系列高校在远郊建立了新校区或者整体搬迁至远郊，如上海远郊大学城就有4个，远郊高校则有近30所。远郊办学，一方面给高校带来了更多的发展机遇和空间[2]，也给了大学生一个安静的学习环境；但另一方

面，这种办学模式对大学生的就业产生了诸多影响，使得远郊高校的大学生面临许多就业挑战与困难。
