The weak black liquor, ds. 15,0 % - sweetened with liquor from effect II - is concentrated in the 5-stage evaporation plant. The new evaporation units are High Dry solids concentrator (HD) and new effect V. The old unit of effect III will be reconnected parallel in vapour side with effect II and is renamed to IIB while the old unit II becomes IIA. The old unit of effect IV will be effect III and the old unit of effect V will be effect IV. The final product is strong black liquor (d.s. 78.5 %), which is pumped to new firing liquor storage tank for feeding the recovery boiler. Design evaporation capacity is 209 t H2O/h at steam pressure 450 kPa (a) of low-pressure steam and 1200 kPa (a) of medium pressure steam.
Each new evaporation unit is equipped with a circulation pump, which transfers liquor to a liquor distribution system at the top of the unit. By the distribution system the liquor is distributed to upper edge of every lamella, from where it flows downwards to the bottom of the unit on the external surfaces of each lamella. The water evaporates from the external surfaces and the vapour condensates inside the lamellas.
Foul condensate produced by the evaporation plant is cleaned in the stripping column connected to the evaporation plant and pumped among the clean secondary condensate for further use.

12.2 The advertising and promotional programme to be executed locally by the Approved Shoe Retailers, the JENNIFER Shoe Corners and JENNIFER Shoe Boutiques shall be submitted to the Distributor for its’ prior written approval. The Distributor undertakes to give notice to the Master Licensee of their contents (with the exception of the price) should the Master Licensee so request or in the event that exists a doubt about their conformity with the general policy of the Master Licensee and/or the Licensor.
12.3 The Master Licensee and the Licensor shall continue at their own expense with the promotional activities carried out for many years throughout the world, it being specified that should the Master Licensee or the Licensor undertake operations which are in the world-wide interest of the Licensed Trademarks, the Distributor shall financially participate for an amount which shall not exceed two percent (2%) of the Net Sales forecast.
12.4 The amount to be paid by the Distributor to the Licensor for such advertising shall be deemed to constitute an integral part of the advertising and promotion budget provided for in Article 12.1.1 hereinabove. If the Licensor does not use up such right during any one year, then, the amount not used up during such year may not be carried forward to the following year.
12.5 The Master Licensee shall supply the Distributor from time to time, at cost price, with whatever advertising material used by the Licensor or the Master Licensee that the Distributor may wish to purchase (which is permitted for use) within the Territory.

Even as banks remain cautious about lending and millions of borrowers still risk losing their homes, the mortgage business is returning as one of the most lucrative corners of the financial industry.
The clearest evidence is emerging this week, as the nation’s biggest banks report their second-quarter numbers.
As independent mortgage companies and brokers shut their doors last fall, and major players like Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo swallowed up troubled rivals, lending profit margins widened, doubling at big banks amid a refinancing wave during the first half of the year, analysts said.
Mortgage securities prices have rallied, allowing banks to book hefty gains on their investment portfolios. And accounting tactics — like new rules that let banks book lower losses on troubled assets and reductions in reserves for future losses because of mortgage modifications —may further burnish their results.
“It’s the mother of all mortgage quarters,” said Meredith Whitney, a prominent banking analyst. But whether or not those profits are sustainable remains an open question. “You might believe that the environment has stabilized, but looks are sometimes misleading,” she added.
