外贸英语:提单的制作

1. 托运人(Shipper)

——托运人即委托运输的人,在进出口贸易中通常就是出口人。

本栏目填写出口人的名称和地址。

一般为信用证的受益人、合同的卖方,也可以是第三方。

2. 收货人(Consignee)

——即提单的抬头人,应按信用证规定填写。

◆记名抬头——直接填写收货人名称和地址。如“To ABC Co.”

◆不记名抬头——填“To Bearer”。

◆指示抬头——按L/C规定填写,如“To order ”、“To order of ×××”。

例1:来证规定“…made out to order and endorsed1to ABC Bank…”.则收货人栏填写:To order

提单背面由托运人作记名背书:Deliver to ABC Bank

例2:来证规定:“…made out to our order and endorsed in blank…”(y设开证行为ABC Bank)则收货人栏填写:To order of ABC Bank

提单背面由ABC银行作空白背书,即ABC银行签章即可。

◆提单的抬头决定了海运提单的性质和货权的归属。在进出口贸易中多使用指示式抬头,以便单据可以通过背书转让。

3. 被通知人(Notify Party)

——按信用证规定填写,须注明被通知人的详细名称和地址。信用证方式下,应按信用证规定填写。如来证规定:“Full set of B/L…notify applicant”,应在本栏目中将开证申请人的全称及地址填上。如信用证无规定时,正本提单可不留空填,但随船的副本提单须填列开证申请人的详细名称和地址。

4. 前段运输(Per-carriage by)

——填写联合运输过程中在装运港装船前的运输方式。例如,从石家庄用火车将货物运到新港,再由新港装船运至目的港,本栏可填“Wagon No.xxx”.或者是“By Train”

5. 收货地点(Place of Receipt)

——填写“前段运输”的接收货物的地点。例如上例,收货地点应填“石家

庄”(Shijiazhuang )。

6. 海运船名(Ocean Vessel)和航次(Voyage No.)

——填写实际载货船舶的名称和本次航行的航次。例如:FengQing V.102。没有航次的可以不填航次。

7. 装运港(Port of Loading)

——即启运港,应按信用证规定填写。如信用证只是笼统规定“CHINA MAIN PORTS”,则应填写实际装运港口的名称,如“Qingdao”。如来证同时列明几个装货港的,如“Xingang/Qinhuangdao/tangshan/”,提单只能填写其中一个实际装运的港口名称。

8. 卸货港(Port of Discharge)

——即目的港,应按信用证规定填写。

? 除FOB价格条件外,卸货港不能填写笼统的名称,如“European main port”,必须列出具体的港口名称。如国际上有重名港口的,还应加注国别名称。

? 在转船情况下可以在卸货港名称之后加注转船港名称,如:“Rotterdam W/T at HongKong”,或在货名栏下方的空白处加注转船的说明:如有印就的转船港栏目,则直接填入转船港名称即可。

9. 交货地点(Place of Delivery)

——填写最终目的地名称。如货物的目的地就是目的港的话,该栏可以留白,也可以填写目的港名称。

10. 提单号码(B/L No.)

——提单上必须注明承运人及其代理人规定的提单编号,以便核查,否则提单无效。

11. 集装箱号码/铅封号(Container No./Seal No.)

——填写集装箱号码。铅封号是海关查验货物后作为封箱的铅制关封号,应如实注明。

12. 标记唛码(Marks & Nos.)

——按发票缮制。

13. 件数和包装种类(Numbers and Kinds of Packages)

——◆按货物实际装运情况填写外包装的件数,如“100 bales”“250 drums”, 在栏目下面的空白处或大写栏内加注大写件数,如,“SAY ON HUNDRD BALES ONLY.”

◆散装货可注明“In bulk”字样,无需列明大写件数。

◆如有多种货物采用多种包装,则应分别列明各种货物的件数和包装种类并加列合计总件数。例如:

100 cartons

50 bales

30 cases

180 Packages

SAY ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY PACKAGES ONLY.

14. 货物描述(Description of Goods)

——按信用证和发票货名填写,如发票名称过多或过细,提单可打货物的总称,但不能和发票货名相矛盾。

15. 毛重(Gross Weight)

——以公斤(Kg)为单位填写装运货物的毛重,按公斤以下四舍五入处理。

16. 尺码(Measurement)

——以立方米为(M3)单位填写货物的尺码,立方米以下保留小数点后三位数。

17. 总包装件数(Total Packages)

——由大写英文数字、包装单位和“ONLY”组成,如“ONE HUNDRED CARTONS ONLY”。

18. 运费和费用(Freight and Charges)

——除非有特别规定,本栏只填列运费的付费情况,如“Freight Prepaid”或“Freight to Collect”, 不填具体金额。

19. 运费支付地(Freight Payable2 at)

——填写实际支付运费的地点。

20. 正本提单份数(Nos.of Original Bs/L)

——收货人凭正本提单提货。正本提单的份数应按信用证的要求,在本栏目内用大写(如TWO,THREE等)注明。每份正本提单的效力相同,凭其中一份提货后,其余各份失效。根据信用证规定填写,用英文大写注明,如“Two”或“THREE”等。

21. 签单地点及日期(Place and Date of Issue)

——签单地点通常为装运地点。签发日期即为装运日期。

例:

我国AA TRADING CO.,LTD向美国DB CO.,LTD出口一批玩具自行车,共计600箱,毛重为9200千克,体积为99立方米.该批货物于2004年9月10日在大连装上某货轮运往美国纽约。根据上述条件填制完成一份清洁、已装船、凭指示的提单。
