Resolution
CE is replacing SPS B. This is the SPE SPS located on DA-1A. 8C,COND,,SPSI showed 0100- internal fault
During the script:
1. Step C: Prompt_User_to Power_Down_SPS - CE turns off SPE SPS B and answers Yes to question
2. Step D: Verify SPS is powered down then fails with the above red box.
3. Have CE verify that the only amber LED on any SPS is that of SPE SPS B and ensure that SPS SPE
4. PSE issues 8C,COND,,SPSI on DA-1A AND 16A
5. DA-1A still shows internal fault 0100 and DA-16A shows 0002 normal
6. 8C,POWR,,SPSI on DA-2A shows its DAE SPS are OK, however 8C,POWR,,SPSI on DA-15A fails b
power off top switch/Mux and now DA-15A cannot monitor the DAE SPS relating to it.
7. 9B,A will show the expected 0479 on DA-15A due to the above issue.
8. If the above checks are OK then OK for PSE to resume from failed step and skip step.
9. Script will then complete sucessfully.

In this customer incident, SPS-A was reported faulty. When it was switched off f
04F1.55, but without 0479.20 and was immediately followed by 04F1.02, indica

The DC power output cable from SPS-A must go to PS-1 while the one from SPS
power cables were miswired so that the cable from SPS-A went to PS-2 while th
PS-1. Switching off the faulty SPS-A caused the Symmetrix to detect loss of AC
power to the PS on the other side. The weakening batteries in the faulty SPS we
power output and the PS-2 failure was immediately reported (04F1.02). Howeve

Although the FEBA event is decoded to be "A/C failed again after A/C restore," i
