我今天站在这里,满怀开创希望新时代的决心与憧憬,正式就任大韩民国第十八任总统。

感谢各位国民赋予我如此重大的历史使命,感谢出席就职仪式的李明博总统、各位前

任总统,以及世界各国的恭贺使节和海内外来宾们。

杨衢云被选为大总统的同时,开始担任兴中会会长,并且一任就是5年。在这5年内,他领导和参与了广州起义、惠州起义,并且在南洋各地奔走呼号,为起义筹措经费,招罗

勇士,购枪运械,是早期革命派中最活跃的人物之一。当获悉清政府要刺杀他时,大家都

劝他出洋避难,他却慷慨陈辞:“大丈夫死则死尔,何避为?”1901年,杨衢云被暗杀于

香港,年仅40岁。

作为大韩民国的总统,我将顺应民意,实现我国经济复兴、国民幸福、文化昌盛的伟

大梦想,为建设一个国富民安的大韩民国而不懈努力。

尊敬的各位国民!今天的大韩民国是各位用鲜血与汗水孕育而成的。各位以坚强的意

志与魄力完成了我国工业与民主化建设,实现了伟大的历史变革。“汉江奇迹”的出现正

是因为有你们,那些在德国矿山里,在中东沙漠中,在零下几十度的战争前线坚守的人们,千千万万为家庭与祖国奉献一生的我国国民。感谢你们!

(一)全程只说了两个字 当地时间5月29日,“朴槿惠案”的第三次开庭审理从上午10点一直到当晚深夜才结束。当天的庭审,除了中午1小时50分钟的吃饭时间以及1小时10分钟的晚饭时间和庭审中休息15分钟外,纯庭审时间达到了9个小时。 65岁高龄的韩国前总统朴槿惠的体力似乎也开始出现了问题。庭审进行到晚上8点时,朴槿惠甚至在自己的座位上瞌睡约20分钟。“一觉醒来”的朴槿惠似乎还没有完全清醒,在自己的座位上频频做了颈部运动。 朴槿惠案已经进行了四次庭审 而在9个小时的庭审中,朴槿惠依然采取了惜字如金的态度。当证人证言环节结束后,法官问朴槿惠:“被告人需要亲自问证人吗”,朴槿惠低声回答“没有”。而这也是朴槿惠在当天庭审中说过的唯一两个字。 在5月30日进行的庭审中,朴槿惠的身体似乎还是非常疲劳。除了基本不发言外,不时闭上眼睛静坐。在场的其他人员很难看出朴槿惠是在闭着眼睛思考问题,还是闭目养神打瞌睡。对此,就连很多平常反对朴槿惠的一般韩国民众也认为,这种长时间高强度的庭审进程,对65岁高龄的朴槿惠确实是一种折磨。

This is preeminently the time to speak the truth, the whole truth, frankly and boldly. Nor need we shrink from honestly facing conditions in our country today. This great Nation will endure, as it has endured, will revive and will prosper. So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself -- nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance. In every dark hour of our national life, a leadership of frankness and of vigor has met with that understanding and support of the people themselves which is essential to victory. And I am convinced that you will again give that support to leadership in these critical days. In such a spirit on my part and on yours we face our common difficulties. They concern, thank God, only material things. Values have shrunk to fantastic levels; taxes have risen; our ability to pay has fallen; government of all kinds is faced by serious curtailment of income; the means of exchange are frozen in the currents of trade; the withered leaves of industrial enterprise lie on every side; farmers find no markets for their produce; and the savings of many years in thousands of families are gone. More important, a host of unemployed citizens face the grim problem of existence, and an equally great number toil with little return. Only a foolish optimist can deny the dark realities of the moment. And yet our distress comes from no failure of substance. We are stricken by no plague of locusts. Compared with the perils which our forefathers conquered, because they believed and were not afraid, we have still much to be thankful for. Nature still offers her bounty and human efforts have multiplied it. Plenty is at our doorstep, but a generous use of it languishes in the very sight of the supply. Primarily, this is because the rulers of the exchange of mankind's goods have failed, through their own stubbornness and their own incompetence, have admitted their failure, and have abdicated. Practices of the unscrupulous money changers stand indicted in the court of public opinion, rejected by the hearts and minds of men. True, they have tried. But their efforts have been cast in the pattern of an outworn tradition. Faced by failure of credit, they have proposed only the lending of more money. Stripped of the lure of profit by which to induce our people to follow their false leadership, they have resorted to exhortations, pleading tearfully for restored confidence.
