内容摘要
随着经济的发展，企业促进发展的经营手段与方式越来越多，企业多元化经营就是其中的一种。企业多元化经营即是企业在除了自身的主营业务之外，进行业务的扩展，以此来为自身提供相应的资金支持与实现企业价值。但是在进行多元化经营的企业实例中也存在很多失败的案例，由此可见，多元化经营与企业的价值不是总是保持一种正相关的效应。因此，需要研究两者之间的关系来进行企业多元化的选择。
本文以企业多元化经营与企业价值之间的关系为研究对象，对企业多元化经营与企业价值之间的影响关系进行了分析，找出了多元化经营对企业价值产生的影响以及影响的途径，最后对企业完善多元化经营提出了相应的对策建议。本文对企业多元化经营与企业价值之间的关系进行了研究，对企业进行多元化经营的选择来提升自身的价值具有一定的理论借鉴意义。

Abstract
With the development of economy, the enterprise to promote the development of the management and the way to more and more, the enterprise business diversification is a kind among them. Enterprise business diversification is enterprise in addition to their main business besides, the expansion of the business, in order to provide the corresponding funds for their support and the enterprise value. But in the diversified business enterprises through the example also has a lot of failure cases, thus it can be seen, diversified management and the enterprise value is not always keep a positive correlation effect. Therefore, it is necessary to research the relationship between the enterprise to the choice of diversification.
Based on the enterprise business diversification and the relationship between the enterprise value as the research object, the enterprise business diversification and enterprise value influence between relations were analyzed, finding out the business diversification on the enterprise value and the effects on the influence of the way, and finally to the enterprise perfect business diversification puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. In this paper, the enterprise business diversification and the relationship between the enterprise value was studied, an enterprise's business diversification choice to enhance the value of the oneself has certain theoretical significance.
