这道题的答案似乎争议很大,我选择的E。网友说enforce是“加强”不对。这里是讲做“执行”。题目原题agreements that they中估计they是多余的,应该是属于网友的回忆差错。如果选E,逻辑是:既然保护大学的利益条款都被执行了,他们还能大发横财,令人惊讶。隐含的前提是,大学的利益和供货商利益的冲突。C的问题在于generally scrutinized好像有点搭配不对。当然,我对这道题只有7成把握,大家鉴别吧。下面是网友的很长的分析:*7、公司从与大学们签定的高级供应协议中挣得的利润是可以预料的,因为协议中保护大学利益的条款们被普遍仔细审查过了。

A无法说明的。。。蔑视

B 不清楚的。。。宣扬C可预言的。。。细察、挑剔地检查

D下降的。。。忽视E令人惊讶的。。。加强主干简化:利润是空格。多还是少?不清楚,那就往后看。Because同义重复,协议的条款被空格了,在这里,协议不是利润的同义重复,所以光看主干无法做,只好找细节找同义重复的地方。利润来自于与大学签定的协议,后面说协议的条款保护大学,显然利润与协议的关系应该相反。也就是说第二空填增强等正评价词,利润就减少,那么第一空就填负评价词,反过来也一样。有人选了E,那就应该是“协议中保护大学的条款被增强了,所以公司从协议中挣得的利润减少了”,但是第一空“令人惊讶的”显然没有“减少的”这个意思。有的同学将E理解成“协议中保护大学的条款被增强了,所以公司从协议中居然挣得大量利润是令人惊讶的”,但是本题中没有任何线索表示利润是“大量的”的。所以此题很难!我认为答案是C,predictable是正评价词,scrutinized(inspect critically)在这里是负评价词,满足于题目的逻辑关系分析。事实上也与商业事实相符合,在协议中我们发现经常发现条款是不对等的,合同双方一方特别详细一方特别粗线条(比如电信、银行等部门的霸王条款),这样导致条款详细的一方制约因素特别多,经常处于被动地位,稍有变化就可以告你违约。在本题中,保护大学的条款被挑剔地仔细研究过了,自然公司能知道大学确切的从合同当中得到的好处,反而关于自己的条款没有详细说明,这样水分会很大,在供货协议的时间、材料、服务方式等所有不明确的弹性条款上完全取决于公司的做法,自然公司的利润是可以预料的了。除了你的,就是我的,所以在你的情况我已经确定的情况下,自然我的利润我做主,可以预期。值得争议的是B,“协议中保护大学的条款被普遍宣扬了,所以公司的利润是不清楚的。”逻辑关系成立,但是与常理似乎欠妥,读不通顺。既然协议中保护大学的条款被普遍宣扬了,也就是说大学的利润大家都知道了,公司的利润大家都不知道,所以第一空填“不为人所知的”,但是未必就是不清楚啊!
