【摘要】煤矿机电管理工作在煤矿企业安金生产管理中占有重要的地位，分析煤矿机电管理工作中存在的币足，采取严格执行规章制度、加大资金投入、加强设备维修以及加快专业培训等几点措施，对于加强煤矿机电管理工作具有重要的现实意义。%Electrical and management in the coal mine safety management of coal mining enterprises played an important role in the analysis ELECTRI- CAL shortcomings in management, strict implementation of rules and regulations, increase capital investment, strengthen equipment maintenance, and professional training to speed up some interventions for the management elleetrieal important practical siguifieanee.
