旋涡泵压力脉动特性的研究

摘 要:旋涡泵作为低比转速泵越来越多地应用于船舶、航天航空和化工等领域。但是旋涡泵内部的流体压力脉动会引起泵和装置的振动噪声问题,成为高性能旋涡泵设计应用过程亟待解决的问题。本文通过数值模拟和试验分析相结合的方法分析一台旋涡泵的压力脉动特性,并探讨通过非等距叶片分布方式以降低压力脉动的方法。结果表明:叶片均布条件下,叶频是压力脉动的主要频率,且在阻隔面附近叶频的幅值最大。与均布叶片旋涡泵相比,非等距分布叶片旋涡泵在不影响其性能的同时能够显著降低在叶频处的脉动峰值,但在叶频两侧产生了附加的频率,而振动总级有明显的下降。该研究为减小旋涡泵的压力脉动和泵体振动提供了一个可行方案,对含旋涡泵系统的减振降噪具有参考意义。

Study on Pressure Fluctuation Characteristics of a Minivortex Pump

Abstract:The vortex pump,asatype of low specific pump,is more and more widely used in ship,aerospace and chemical engineering etc. However,the pressure ?uctuation of ?uid in the vortex pump would cause the vibration and noise of the pump and equipment,which has becomeone of the key issues needed to be solved in the design and application of high-performance vortex pump. This paper analyzed the characteristic of pressure ?uctuation of a mini vortex pumpby the method of numerical simulation and experiment,and this paper alsodiscussed a random distribution method applied to reduce the pressure ?uctuation. The results show that under the condition of even blade spacing,the blade passing frequency was dominative in the pressure ?uctuation,and the pressure pulse amplitudes area was close to the stripper. The study also indicated that uneven circumferential spacing would yield additional frequency in the spectrum compared with even one and reduce the magnitude of the blade passing frequency and the total level of vibration markedly without decreasing the performance of the pump sharply. This paper proves a feasible scheme to reduce pressure fluctuation and vibration in a vortex pump,which is significatefor the vibration and noise reduction of the system with vortex pump.

1 前言

旋涡泵,又可称为再生泵、涡轮泵、圆周泵和摩擦泵。旋涡泵一方面具有离心泵达不到的低比转速,另一方面比容积式泵具有更好的压力脉动性能和可维护性,其逐渐代替容积式泵被广泛应用为高压小流量系统的流体输送泵。

旋涡泵因其小流量、高扬程的特点得到国内外学者越来越多的关注。A Engeda等对旋涡泵的内部复杂流动提出了理论数学模型和算法[1,2]。

Francis J Quail等对轴向流动的旋涡泵进行了研究,提出了旋涡泵内流体动量交换的一维模型,并通过试验验证[3],后又结合一维模型和三维数值模拟,提出了旋涡泵的设计方案[4],同时提出了旋涡泵复杂叶轮的成型方法[5]。王洋等通过数值模拟的方法讨论了闭式叶轮的叶片位置对旋涡泵
