Step I Greeting (1mins)

Greet students as usual.

Step II Lead-in (6 mins)

T:Good health is very important for all of us. If you want to lead a happy life, you must keep good health. With good health, we can enjoy a colorful, cheerful and fruitful life. Boys and girls, who would like to tell us the most important things to stay healthy.

S 1:Drink enough water every day.

S 2:Eat fresh fruit and many vegetables a day.

T: Good ! Please interview your partner on his /her healthy habits. I’ll give each of you a questionnaire. Then, go ahead! (Ask your partner the questions on questionnaire, and figure out the mark.)

Step III Pre-reading (4 mins)

T: Now look at the picture on page 2. It is zhou kai, please give me your first impression of Zhoukai. Of course you can imagine what he has eaten or what he has done. Guess, please. S1: He looks very young. He must be a senior high student .

Step VII Summary (1 mins)

Summarize the content of this class.

T: Through this class, we learned a lot about how to keep our body healthy. We also enhanced our sense of forming good habits. I really hope you guys can pass this sense to all the people you care and you love. Only by changing our way of life and the way of thinking can we get a more scientific lifestyle and a more harmonious life concept.

Step VIII Homework Assignment (1 min)

At the beginning, I asked you to interview your partner on his /her healthy habits. So, today’s homework is to list your suggestion for you partner according to the investigation result.
