At last, no matter how strong the earthquake is, if only we have the belief to defeat it and never give up, we must be able to overcome any difficulties.

Low-carbon life is good for everyone. To help with the environment, I always walk or ride a bike to school instead of taking a car. And even the simplest activities can make a real difference to the environment. So I suggest we should reuse books as long as possible. And we’d better not spend much money on expensive clothes. All of us want to be healthy. First,we should get enough sleep during the night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our health. 7．TV plays：

As we know, TV plays an important part in our daily life. It's quicker and more convenient to get information from TV than from newspapers. It is an important tool to spread culture and information, including foreign languages. And we can learn much knowledge from TV which we can’t get from books. What’s more, good TV programs can keep us wise and healthy. With TV, children can grow up happily. So it is not reasonable to forbid students to watch TV. But watching TV too long is not good. Sitting in front of TV all day does harm to our eyes and wastes our time for study.So we should take a correct attitude to students watching TV.

Today is Mother's Day. I love Mother so much that I've done many things for her.In the morning I bought many flowers with pocket money and put them in the vase. In the afternoon I went to the market to buy vegetables and cooked a simple but delicious dinner for my family. After supper, I gave Mother the card that I made myself and said "Happy Mother's Day" to her. Then I told her to pay more attention to her health and not to overwork. We are middle school students and we are busy with our lessons. So some people think we should concentrate more on our studies. If we volunteer to help others, it’s a waste of time.
