摘 要: 采用振动成型设备以压实度为指标确定了泡沫沥青冷再生混合料振动成型的振动时间三振动成型二静压成型二马歇尔成型及旋转压实成型试件在总空隙率相同的条件下,对比了不同成型方法混合料的力学强度,分析了强度差异产生的原因三基于CT 检测手段,分析了不同成型方法混合料内部空隙分布状态二空隙分形维数二最可几孔径及平均孔径三结果表明:旋转压实的 揉搓作用 显著增大了冷再生混合料的间接拉伸强度,振动成型次之,静压成型与马歇尔成型混合料间接拉伸强度(ITS )较接近,而四种成型方法混合料的无侧限抗压强度差别不大;旋转压实及振动成型会影响泡沫沥青冷再生混合料内部细颗粒的分布,进而影响混合料内部空隙的分布状态,这两种成型方式混合料内部空隙数目多且等效半径小三不同压实方法的压实机理的差异导致混合料内部空隙平均孔径二空隙维数及最可几孔径存在差异三空隙特征的不同是引起冷再生混合料力学强度差异的本质原因三

中图分类号: TB332 文献标志码: A 文章编号: 1000-3851(2017)09-2038-09Research on the com p action methods of cold rec y cled mixture usin g foamed as p halt LI Zhi g an g 1,HAO Peiwen *2,ZENG Zhiwu 1(1.Hi g hwa y School ,Chan g an Universit y ,Xi an 710064,China ;2.Ke y Laborator y for Road Structure and Material of Communications Industr y ,Chan g an Universit y ,Xi an 710064,China )Abstract : Vibrator y time was determined b y com p action de g ree index usin g sim p le vibrator y com p action e q ui p -ment.The stren g th of different com p action methods were measured while the void volume of all the s p ecimens ke p t a pp roximate consistent.Then ,the difference of 4kinds of com p action methods was com p ared and the results were anal y zed.The air void distribution ,fractal dimension ,the most p robable diameter and avera g e diameter was conduc -ted b y usin g CT scannin g .Test results show that the kneadin g effect of SGC has a si g nificant influence on ITS of cold rec y cled mixture usin g foamed as p halt (CRMF )and vibrator y com p action takes the second p lace.However ,ITS of the s p ecimens manufactured b y static com p action and Marshall com p action methods have little difference ;And the UCS of four kinds of com p action methods g et little difference ;The distribution of fine p articles is affected b y usin g SGC and vibrator y com p action methods.Thus ,the air void distribution is affected b y the chan g e of fine p articles distribution.The number of air voids is lar g er and the e q uivalent diameter of air voids is smaller com p ared with static and Marshall com p action methods.Difference of com p action mechanism between com p action methods leads to the difference of characteristics (fractal dimension ,the most p robable diameter and avera g e diameter )of air void.The different characteristics of air voids ,in essence ,make mechanics stren g th of CRMF different.
