异丙酚静脉麻醉用于无痛人工流产术150例临床观察

摘要：目的：探讨异丙酚静脉麻醉用于无痛人工流产术（人流）的临床疗效。方法：选取我院妇产科自2009年12月至2010年6月收治的自愿要求进行无痛人工流产术者150例作为观察组，并选取同时期行普通人流术者150例最为对照组，观察组采用异丙酚静脉麻醉后进行手术，对照组不采用任何麻醉药物。观察对比两组孕妇镇痛效果、宫口松弛度、手术时间、出血量及人工流产综合征的发生情况。结果：观察组患者均为无痛（100．00%），与对照组相比有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。两组的手术时间、出血量比较均无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。观察组孕妇的宫颈松弛度成功率明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）。观察组无人工流产综合征发生，对照组发生率为12．67%，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论：异丙酚用于无痛人工流产麻醉疗效好，能有效减轻患者痛苦，并提高手术质量和安全性，值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Observation of Propofol Intravenous Anesthesia

for150Cases with Painless Induced Abortion

Abstract：Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of propofol intravenous anesthesia for the cases with painless induced abortion．Method：150cases voluntarily required painless induced abortion admitted in the maternity of our hospital from Dec．2009to Jun．2010were considered as the observation group，and selected150cases with ordinary abortion at the same period as the control group．The observation group was given propofol intravenous anesthesia，while the control group did not use any anesthetic drugs．The analge-sic effect，cervix laxity，operative time，blood loss and the incidence of abortion syndrome were compared between the two groups．Result：The patients in the observation group had free pain（100．00%），there was significant difference compared with the control group（P＜0．01）；There were no significant differences in surgical time and blood loss between the two groups（P＞0．05）；The success rate of cervical laxity in the ob-servation group was higher than the control group（P＜0．01）；The observation group had no cases with abor-tion syndrome while the rate of abortion syndrome in the control group was12．67%，there was significant difference between the two groups（P＜0．01）．Conclusion：Propofol anesthesia for induced abortion is ef-fective，and it can effectively reduce pain and improve quality and safety of the surgery，It is worthy to be applied in clinical．
