大学英语网络教学培训的心得体会 春暖花开之季，我们大学英语教师通过网络这个平台进行大学英语教学改革进行培训。作为一线的大学英语教师，我感受颇深，受益匪浅。从信念上更加坚定英语教学改革的必要性、可行性和有效性。 王守仁教授的报告使我对于《大学英语教学要求》有了全面深刻的理解。《大学英语教学要求》是我们非英语专业本科生英语教学的主要依据。只有真正领会其中内容，才能更好地实施教学。《教学要求》关于教学模式的描述中，提出基于课堂、基于计算机的“双基”以及以学生为主体、以教师为主导“双主”的教学模式。使我更加清楚计算机不再是教学的辅助工具，而应该是教学的有机体。《大学英语教学要求》还让我进一步认识到教学评估是大学英语课程教学的一个重要环节。全面、客观、科学、准确的评估体系对于实现教学目标至关重要。教学评估既是教师获取教学反馈信息、改进教学管理、保证教学质量的重要依据，又是学生调整学习策略、改进学习方法、提高学习效率和取得良好学习效果的有效手段。对学生学习的评估分为形成性评估和终结性评估两种。我们在今后的教学中应该重视形成性评估和终结性评估的有机结合，适当增加性成性评估的比例。形成性评估是教学过程中进行的过程性和发展性评估，即根据教学目标，采用多种评估手段和形式，跟踪教学过程，反馈教学

信息，促进学生全面发展。形成性评估特别有利于我们对学生自主学习的过程进行有效监控，在实施基于计算机和课堂的教学模式中尤为重要。 夏纪梅教授讲座对教学模式的转变进行具体形象的解析，提出新的教学模式中要“求真实、求才干”。作为大学英语教师，我深切感受到教师所面临的严峻挑战。应对挑战，我们要及时调整自己的角色，要从传统的知识的传授着转变为语言交际环境的营造者、学生自主学习的促进者和学生学习过程中的指导者。表面看起来，教师的工作量似乎减轻了，但教学实际中，我深深地体会到工作量明显增多。教师是教学的主导,也是教学改革的主力。对改革带来的压力和挑战,应对的态度很重要。相应的策略中我认为最根本在于教师的观念的转变以及自我不断发展。我们应该认识到教学模式的改变不仅仅是教学活动或教学手段的转变，从根本上是教学观念的转变。我们应该了解并实施终身教育的理念，使学生养成终生学习的习惯，我认为这是我们教学的终极目标。 通过此次培训，我逐渐清楚自己未来教学中的重点和努力方向。今后要进一步深化教改，加强学生的自主学习，通过及时有效的监管使自主学习发挥应有的作用。教学工作的重点可适当从详尽充分的备课转到对学生作业的检查。实践证明，教师对学生的作业实时准确细致的点评对于调动学生的自主学习积极性至关重要。当然在今后的教学中还会面临
