【摘要】The paper discusses on the problem of the analysis of the water environment monitoring information, based on the SOA framework and software integration method, makes the analysis methods standardization and web service, evaluate and analysis the water environment quality status, trend and reason accurately, objectively, scientific, and makes sure that the monitoring data of every monitor organization under consistent evaluation of the technical specification.%分析了水环境监测信息分析处理环节存在的问题,利用信息手段,建立水环境监测数据综合分析工具库,结合面向服务(SOA)系统框架思想和软件集成方法,将规范化的综合分析方法发布成服务工具,提供流域范围的综合分析工具库服务,准确、客观、科学地对水环境质量的现状、变化趋势及其变化的主要原因进行评论和分析,同时确保各地、各监测机构对水环境监测数据的综合分析与评价都在一致的评价技术规范下实施.
