隔离开关可进行哪些操作？：

（1）拉，合电压互感器和避雷器。

（2）拉，合闭路开关的旁路电流。

（3）拉，合空载母线连接在母线上设备的电容电流。

（4）拉，合变压器中性的接地线，但当中性点上接有消弧线圈时，只有系统无故障时方可操作。
